A Valid Driver's License and minimum age of 25 years old are required to rent and operate jet ski/pontoon
- You may also rent a jet ski/pontoon with a valid ID or passport but certain restrictions will apply.
Deposits are 100% refundable and based on the age of the person that will be operating the rental equipment
- Deposit amounts are billed per jet ski/pontoon per person operating the rental equipment.
- Ages 25+: $500 deposit (Pontoon & Jet Ski Rental)
- Ages 18-24: $100 deposit (Kayak and Paddle board)
- No DL : $500 deposit will be charged for NOT possessing a USA Driver's License. A Valid ID or Valid passport is acceptable
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR JET SKI / PONTOON RENTAL DEPOSIT, DRIVERS/OPERATORS:
One driver LIMIT per jet ski / Pontoon is included in the initial security deposit amount per person.
Security Deposit amounts are charged per person operating the rental equipment.
If you would like add 2 drivers on a shared jet ski / pontoon rental, it will require an additional security deposit charge to be paid based on your age.
PASSENGERS:
Ride for free and is included in base rental price.
A maximum of 2 persons allowed per jet ski per hour/ NO SWITCHING of additional drivers or passengers is allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pontoon - 11 Person maximum capacity including the driver / captain.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS:
You can add additional drivers or passengers by purchasing additional time or renting additional jet ski / pontoon, only 2 are allowed.
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE POLICY:
A pre-inspection of jet ski rental equipment is performed by staff before a jet ski will be issued to any guests & upon return of equipment.
ANY DAMAGES THAT OCCUR AFTER JET SKI RENTAL EQUIPMENT LEAVES THE DOCK IS FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF CONTRACTED RENTER ABOVE AND BEYOND RENTER(S) DEPOSIT.
Please inspect/return all the jet ski rental equipment without any cosmetic or mechanical defects for 100% refund of security deposit
DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
Lake Houston Fun LLC will refund your deposit within 2-3 business days processing time.
When you receive your deposit credited back to your account will depend on your individual bank and may take 5-7 business days.

THE FOLLOWING COMBINATION PER EACH JET SKI RENTAL IS ALLOWED:
- 2 ADULTS ALLOWED PER JET SKI
- 1 ADULT & 1 TEENAGER
- 1 ADULT & 2 CHILDREN ( UNDER 10 YEARS OLD)
- MAXIMUM COMBINED WEIGHT OF 400LBS, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
IF YOU EXCEED THE COMBINED WEIGHT CAPACITY YOU MUST RENT AN ADDITIONAL JET SKI OR PURCHASE ADDITIONAL RENTAL TIME. NO SWITCHING OUT OF PASSENGERS OR RIDERS WILL BE ALLOWED. ONLY THE COMBINATIONS OF RIDERS & PASSENGERS LISTED ABOVE ARE INCLUDED IN ALL RENTALS.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR EXCEEDING OUR "WEIGHT LIMIT POLICY" & ALL JET SKI RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO "GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES."
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PARTICIPATE IN WATERSPORTS ACTIVITIES IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PHYSICAL CAPACITY REBOARD THE JET SKI FROM THE WATER.
